Background | Olanzapine, also known as olanzapine and olanzapine, is a common antipsychotic used clinically to control agitated symptoms in patients with schizophrenia, bipolar mania, and dementia, and significantly improves negative (e.g., affective apathy, emotional and social withdrawal, and impoverishment of speech), and positive symptoms of schizophrenia (e.g., delusions, hallucinations, thought disorders, hostility, and suspicion), and may relieve secondary affective symptoms common in schizophrenia and related disorders. It can also alleviate secondary affective symptoms common in schizophrenia and related disorders. |
