Description | |
Background | The envelope glycoprotein GP120 (or GP120) is the name for the glycoprotein that forms the spikes that protrude from the HIV virus particles. gp120 is crucial for viruses to enter cells because it plays a crucial role in finding specific cell surface receptors to enter cells. Three GP120s bind to the transmembrane glycoprotein gp41 as heterodimers and are thought to bind into trimers to form envelope spikes that participate in viral cell attachment. |
We can offer labeled proteins/antibodies using a broad range of intensely fluorescent dyes and labels including FITC, Biotin, Alexa Fluor, Rhodamine B, Cy, Co-Au.
