Description
Background	血、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)的測定是檢測腎小球濾過率和近端腎小管重吸收功能的敏感指標. β2-MG是一種單鏈多肽低分子蛋白質, 分子量相對較小, 能夠自由通過腎小球, 大部分在近端小管被重吸收降解. 當出現早期腎損傷時, 腎小球濾過率降低, 其重吸收尿2微球蛋白的能力大大降低, 導致血漿β2-MG水平能夠反映腎小球濾過率變化, 是反映胃小管功能和完整性的敏感特異性指標, 是一種比血肌酐(Scr)、尿素(BUN)更靈敏的反應胃損傷的指標.
